ISV Database Support

ISV support: Quantix have tailored both their Oracle and SQL Server Support and Managed Service solutions to meet the needs of Independent Software Vendors. Our ISV support packages work across all vertical markets and are designed to assist in the delivery of database optimisation, reliability, security and licensing which is typically not a core skill set for application vendors.

Primarily our ISV services takes on two basic forms:

Managed Services:
Quantix provide flexible support services to fit around the ISV partners internal skills. As such, Quantix can deliver either bespoke support services on an individual client basis or as an “umbrella” type agreement whereby Quantix are used as an escalation point for database related support issues for any end-user client. With both options, the Quantix support services enable the ISV internal resources to focus on the application specific support requirements.

Consultancy Services:
The Quantix consultancy services are available to help cope with any peaks in project load or to cover any skills gaps. As Quantix has a sizable team of experienced consultants, we’re available for any pieces of work from ad-hoc days through to longer-term project delivery. The consultancy services are flexible and available for the ISV to use as and when required.
